To Members and Visitors alike:
Please repair PITCH MARKS and replace DIVOTS!

The course is primarily there for you, the golfer – please help to look after it during your rounds of golf. The greenkeepers are doing their utmost to maintain and improve greens and fairways but need your ongoing assistance to repair the damage you can cause through playing golf.

Thank you to those who do regularly repair pitch marks and divots. If you are one who doesn’t, please start NOW. The adjacent photo demonstrates the problem with 63 unrepaired pitch marks (each ball located in one) over the course of two days on just a proportion of one green.

Please also be reminded that trolleys or buggies must not be taken over tee boxes, over aprons, onto greens, or between greens and greenside bunkers. For obvious reasons to assist with your golf and that of others, these are areas that need to be kept in the best condition possible.
